When someone moves out of a home, Sunshine House Cleaning can get it ready for the next family to move in. However, a move-in or move-out cleaning differs from a standard cleaning job because the home is vacant and empty of all personal belongings when we clean.

Therefore, all of our standard services for cleaning a bedroom, dining room, or living room are included:

• except for making the bed and dusting furniture and picture frames (since there would not be any furniture)
• in addition, we also clean inside the closets for move-in/out jobs only

In the kitchen, we perform the standard services and, in addition, we thoroughly clean the insides of:

• cabinets
• oven
• refrigerator

The standard services for bathrooms are included unchanged.

For move-in/out jobs only, we also clean the insides of the windows.
